Finley Asphalt and Sealing, Inc is seeking a Sealcoat Crew Laborer to support asphalt maintenance and seal coating operations. This hands-on, outdoor role involves prepping surfaces, applying sealcoat, handling equipment, and assisting the crew to complete jobs safely and to quality standards.
You will work with the foreman, follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and be prepared for weekends or overnight travel when projects require it.
