Balfour Beatty is seeking a Mission Critical Project Manager to lead complex data center construction projects in Northern Virginia, one of the fastest-growing tech corridors in the country. Data Center experience is required for this role.
- Lead all aspects ofMEP systems management including buyout, procurement, coordination, and commissioning.
- Approve and manageMEP and commissioning schedules, scopes of work, and subcontractor strategies.
- Overseeconstructability reviews, BIM coordination, and quality control plans.
- Serve as the primary liaison with owners and commissioning agents to ensure project excellence.
- Driveproject delivery, budget adherence, and schedule performance across all phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 10+ yearsof experience in construction, with a strong focus onMEP coordination and preconstruction.
- Proven success managing data center projects.
- Deep understanding of building codes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, and commissioning processes.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers.
- Familiarity withBIM tools, commissioning software, and lean construction practices.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Pay Rate: $,000/year
