Network Connex is seeking an OSP Foreman to supervise daily field operations for external plant construction in Virginia. You will lead field crews, manage equipment and coordinate job-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in OSP telecommunications, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read construction prints. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
