Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing construction, electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
• Knowledge of construction processes and contractor coordination.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead projects from pre-sales handoff through commissioning and closeout.
• Utilize formal project management methodologies and tools to achieve project quality, schedule, and financial targets.
• Develop project resource plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with order management, manufacturing, logistics, field service, contractors, and warranty teams.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, budgets, and scope while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and contractors throughout project execution.
• Conduct project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Manage project financial performance, including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and margin preservation.
• Support field teams and visit job sites to maintain strong customer and contractor relationships.
• Drive a strong safety culture by leading safety discussions and ensuring compliance with project safety expectations.
• Leverage Oracle, Smartsheet, Power BI, and related digital platforms to track project progress and reporting.
