Data Soft Technologies is seeking a Senior Architectural Design Technician (JT4) to support cutting-edge semiconductor and high-tech facility projects

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies, Computer Drafting & Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience in industrial building design, semiconductor, or other high-tech manufacturing facilities.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex design projects across multiple scopes and clients.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior designers and lead project teams.

Advanced proficiency in:

• Revit
• Navisworks
• AutoCAD
• BIM Modeling & Coordination
• Extensive experience with 3D modeling, drafting, model reviews, and clash detection.
• Strong understanding of architectural layouts, multidisciplinary coordination, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget while identifying and mitigating scope changes.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards.
• Experience preparing project estimates and supporting project planning.

• Experience with semiconductor tool installation and facility layouts.
• Knowledge of cleanroom environments and high-tech manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards within industrial projects.

• Lead architectural modeling and drafting efforts for advanced semiconductor and industrial facility projects.
• Develop and review high-quality Revit models and construction documentation.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering, architectural, and construction teams.
• Identify technical challenges, evaluate solutions, and present recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Lead design coordination efforts while ensuring project quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
• Mentor and support junior designers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
