• Board Certification:
  • Must be Board Eligible (Board Certified preferred)
• Certifications:
  • BLS certification required
• Licensure:
  • Active Virginia or IMLC license required
• Temporary Privileges:
  • Available for candidates with clean malpractice history
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 5 days for expedited credentialing
• Fellowship: Preferred but not required
