Korzen Health in collaboration with Healogics is seeking a Wound Care Medical Director to lead our wound care program at Novant Health Prince William Medical Center in Manassas, VA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about wound care and enjoys a combination of clinical care, procedural medicine, and physician leadership

• Mon-Fri schedule
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or traditional hospital call
• Outpatient-focused wound care practice
• Wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy training provided

As Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership for the wound care program while continuing to provide hands‑on patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate and treat patients with chronic and complex wounds
• Perform advanced wound care procedures, including sharp debridement
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to the wound care team
• Help ensure quality, safety, and evidence‑based patient care
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and other medical providers
• Participate in program development and performance improvement initiatives
• Support the continued growth and success of the wound care center

We are looking for a physician who is:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licensed to practice in Virginia
• Experienced with or interested in developing expertise in wound care
• Comfortable performing procedures
• A strong clinical leader and communicator
• Collaborative and committed to providing high‑quality patient care

Wound care experience is preferred, but Healogics provides comprehensive training and support for physicians who are new to wound care.
