Location: The Learning Experience

Pay: $16–$20 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience is hiring caring and dependable educators for Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher positions across infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. • Support daily classroom routines and learning activities
• Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers
• Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
• Collaborate with center leadership to maintain classroom consistency and quality
• Follow all state licensing and safety requirements

• High school diploma required
• Prior childcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach
• Availability Monday–Friday required
