Assistant Teacher - Early Childhood Classrooms

The Learning Experience is seeking a dependable Assistant Teacher to support classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children. This role helps maintain a structured and engaging learning environment while supporting daily classroom routines alongside Lead Teachers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and contributing to a collaborative teaching team.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with daily classroom routines and activities

* Support learning experiences that encourage early development

* Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

* Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers

* Prepare classroom materials and support group activities

* Communicate professionally with families and team members

* Follow all state licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

* High school diploma required

* Prior childcare experience preferred

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* Reliable and nurturing approach to working with children

* Monday-Friday availability required
