Our ideal candidate will:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that foster a love of learning in our students
• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for our students as they learn, play, eat, and sleep
• Maintain a well‑organized and clean classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a creative and effective curriculum
• Communicate regularly with parents through various channels to keep them informed of their child's progress and adventures

Essential qualifications include:

• CDA or ECE certificate, associates/bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field
• Ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the school and program
• Successful background check and VA licensing standards required
