Are you an experienced Electrician or Electrical Technician ready to take your career in a new direction? We are hiring skilled trades professionals to step into a rewarding role as an Electrical Technician Instructor, helping train the next generation of electricians and technicians. No prior teaching experience required.

Electrical Technician Instructor
As an Electrical Technician Instructor (Electrician Instructor / Electrical Trainer), you will deliver classroom and hands-on lab instruction covering electrical systems, safety, and industry best practices.
This role is ideal for licensed electricians, electrical technicians, maintenance electricians, andskilledtrades professionals who want to combine technical expertise with teaching and mentorship.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time Schedule Options:
- Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.;
Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. - Afternoon/Evening Shift: Monday – Thursday, 1:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.;
Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.;
- Teach electrical theory, wiring methods, systems, and troubleshooting in both classroom and lab settings
- Deliver engaging instruction aligned with industry standards, codes, and workforce expectations
- Instruct students on the proper and safe use of tools, materials, and equipment, emphasizing OSHA standards and jobsite safety procedures
- Create a positive classroom and lab environment that supports student engagement, collaboration, and retention
- Maintain and update lesson plans, instructional materials, and lab activities in collaboration with program leadership
- Monitor and document student attendance, academic progress, and performance in accordance with institutional guidelines
