Hardware Infrastructure Technician. Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) partners with prime contractors to provide professional services. Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation;

Hardware Technician

Job Description:

Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

• Some computer experience (hardware and/or software)
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to lift more than 40 pounds
• Ability to use ladders
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to communicate an understanding of acceptance criteria with the customer and team
• Understanding of basic ethernet cable running

• Understanding basics of drafting and design

• Candidate m ust be able to obtain and keep a DoD Secret Clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen.
