Position: We’re looking for a Global Supply Chain Lead to grow our supply chain operations. drive strategic planning, execution, and optimization across our international network. This is a high-impact role where you’ll ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and resilience in a dynamic defense and aerospace environment.

You will lead our supply chain operations supporting a prototype-to-production line of missile systems. This interactive role will collaborate closely with program management, proposal management, design engineering, quality, and production teams to manage the cost and scheduled delivery of parts for the development and production of CoAspire’s family of weapon systems.

• Develop and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure compliance and performance.
• Implement risk management plans to mitigate disruptions and maintain continuity.
• Drive digital transformation and leverage tools like ERP systems and data analytics for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program delivery and customer commitments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in global supply chain leadership, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards (ITAR, DFARS) and risk mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Master’s degree in business administration or other relevant field.
• Direct experience with cruise missile or similar weapon supply chain managemnt.
• Familiarity with defense industry business and language.
• Familiarity with Cameo for MBSE efforts.
