• System downtime scheduling for planned and unscheduled maintenance
• Ensuring lab users comply with operating procedures, security standards and lab rules
  • Maintain/update procedures, standards and rules
• Coordination of lab installations, modifications, upgrades, and hardware tracking
  • Power
  • Cooling
  • Grounding
• Coordinate with facilities for upgrade requests and installations
  • Initiating Facilities Service Requests (FSR)
  • Coordinate outside contractors into classified spaces
  • Insuring FSR completion
• Assisting facilities with future lab planning and coordination of personnel and assets
• Lab maintenance scheduling, coordination‑troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance
• Assign tickets (JIRA) to a Team's identified POC
  • Lab cleaning/downtime scheduling
  • Address cable dressing
  • Space organization
  • Safety issues
• Assist program with storage of program parts, ready spares, monitoring of the remotely stored inventory
• Coordination of lab shutdown and startup for natural disasters and response to scheduled/unscheduled power outages

• Experience/understanding of Lab Infrastructure (Power, Cooling, Grounding)
• JIRA experience
• Basic understanding of Shipping and Storage
• Experience with system scheduling (planned and unplanned maintenance
• Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of Operating procedures and Security Standards

• Lab utilization logs and data chart
• Coordinate the sanitization, removal, and destruction of classified hardware
• Coordinate removal and disposal of unclass hardware
• Thinaer system monitoring and coordination
• Adding/deleting beacons
• Adjusting space thresholds
• Asset movement within the space
• Alarm monitoring
