The WorkLockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) for the Integrated Common Processor (ICP) program. The ICP program is divided into groups of related ICP sites and platforms (for example, LANT Group 1, PAC Group). Each ICP EPM is responsible for a group. Responsibilities include development, integration, test, and certification of the hardware/software baselines that are built for each site.
This includes identification/correction of Pri 1 and Pri 2 Problem Trouble Reports (PTRs), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Test Readiness Review (TRR) planning and execution, longevity testing, and Installation Readiness Review/Approval from the customer. The EPM will also plan and support the development of the Base Electronic System Engineering Plan (BESEP) and Site Acceptance Test Plans & Procedures in accordance with the Government‑approved Master Test and Evaluation Plan (MTEP).
The EPM will direct the Lockheed Martin team and multiple subcontractors/partners on all aspects of the project and serve as a key participant in technical and programmatic communications with the customer.
- Manage program schedule, cost, and technical performance for LM and partners/subcontractors/vendors.
- Ensure work products meet documented requirements per critical path dates.
- Collaborate with program management to identify and address technical and programmatic issues across all surveillance programs and support proposal efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline, typically with 5+ years of directly related experience.
- Experience communicating with multi‑disciplined engineering teams.
- Systems engineering/architecture/integration knowledge.
- Familiarity with surveillance, surface ship, and/or submarine programs.
- Earned Value Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams.
- Full‑spectrum leadership ability.
- Active Secret Clearance required prior to start.
- Master's degree in an Engineering field.
- Integration and test expertise.
- Software development experience.
- Hardware development knowledge.
TI/Advanced development process knowledge. - Business acumen.
- Proposal experience.
- Prior management experience and/or history of leading large teams.
- Familiarity with operating with Navy/NUWC/NSWC/customer.

Pay RateThe annual base salary range for this position varies by state. For California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and Washington DC it is $109,200 – $192,510. For states not referenced, the range reflects the candidate's final work location. The position is incentive‑plan eligible.
