Function
Reporting to the Vice President of Global Growth, this individual will be the sales lead for the Syntonics division product line to include FORAX RFoF, HARC, EDEX & Special Operation RFoF requirements. This person will be responsible for meeting booking goals for FY 2026 with territory coverage of CONUS & Canadian (Not SA or any other locations OCONUS) and be the VoC for all military services within CONUS.
Ironwave Technologies has completed four acquisitions since 2019. The company performs R&D, design, manufacturing, and marketing of radio frequency (RF) and Microwave (MW) components and sub-assemblies for advanced radar, signal intelligence and communications equipment for both military and commercial customers.
Ironwave Technologies is building a diverse technology foundation in conjunction with an agile vertical manufacturing base in the RF/MW space through identifying and integrating acquisitions that are complementary to its current offerings in component and subsystem design and fabrication. The company has a strong bench of technical talent, a broad product offering, and operations primarily in the domestic market.
Qualifications & Personal AttributesA minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the related field of radio communications and tactical radios. The ideal candidate will be technically confident, possess strong interpersonal skills and understand the critical interaction between internal operations and external sales functions. He/she will have a demonstrated ability to work with customers, salesman and other technical professional in specifying and promoting application-oriented products to address specific customer applications.
This person must have direct professional experience in supporting EW, EA, ISR, ELINT, HUMINT, C2
ISR, C4
ISR, Satcom, Iridium & Tactical Military Radio missions.
60% of travel is expected and candidates with a TS Clearance are preferred.
A team player, this individual will be a quick learner, be open to new ideas and be able to quickly reconcile customer needs to technical product solutions.
Superior oral and written communication skills are essential, particularly since this individual will play an important role in business development and customer interaction, in conjunction with the field sales organization.
Must have US citizenship or green card only.
EducationA Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent, is necessary
CompensationThe Company offers a competitive compensation package which is commensurate with experience.
LocationThis position is based in Manassas, Virginia. Candidates in the DMV area or within 100 miles from the office are preferred.
