The WorkIn this exciting role, you will collaborate with industry‑leading design professionals and contribute to groundbreaking projects as part of the Integrated Common Processor (ICP) program Test Team. The ICP program provides a common Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems (IUSS) signal‑processing and display system software and hardware suite for the U.S. Navy. You will develop tools for our Navy customer and deliver the latest capabilities for the fleet’s tactical systems.
Responsibilities- Validate system performance and capabilities for production and advanced development
- Create test procedures
- Validate system requirements
- Ensure system issues are addressed
- Guide the software build through a successful Factory Acceptance Test
- Work with the Government Test Team to coordinate the testing plans for the program/build
- Maintain the tactical system, ensuring it remains operational
- Travel independently to the tactical site (up to 10% of the time)

- Demonstrated ability to test/verify system operations
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures to operate and test tactical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem‑solve computer equipment
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities
- Familiarity with Linux
- Must be able to utilize Microsoft Windows and Office products in support of day‑to‑day tasking
- Willing or able to travel (up to 10%)
- Candidate must be eligible for a DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Experience as a Sonar Operator or Tactical Systems Technician
- Experience with Acoustic Displays – reading Sonar GRAMS
- Experience with IUSS
- Experience with system analysis, requirements decomposition, and/or requirements management (DOORS)
- Experience with test method definition and test procedure development
- Experience in program execution in agile environments
- Experience with systems engineering of large, complex systems
- Experience with signal processing, SONAR, MATLAB, and/or acoustics
- Experience with programming (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.)
- Experience with automated test
- Experience with Atlassian Products
- Experience with training development and delivery
- Experience with tactical system maintenance
- Experience with AI/ML
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. The required clearance level is Secret.
