The WorkLockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full‑time Software Engineer. In this role, you will perform software development tasks supporting Navy programs. The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of coding in Java/C++ on a Linux Operating System.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate will be required to hold an active government Secret security clearance.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, K3s) and related tooling.
- Solid expertise in Linux development, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Bash and/or Python.
- Experience with Java development.
- Interim Secret or higher Security Clearance.
- Experience in Dev Sec Ops and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, K3s) and related tooling.
- Hands‑on experience with Helm for packaging and managing Kubernetes applications.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices and containerized legacy applications on Kubernetes clusters.
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
