Responsibilities- Collaborate with Planning, Process Engineering, SPMO, Manufacturing, Management, AMHS, and Facilities to determine and implement new tool additions and changes into layout, addressing both formal scenarios and day-to-day issues.
- Resolve layout issues that arise during the installation of tools, working with Engineering tool owners, the AMHS team, and other relevant parties.
- Track the progress of tool installations to confirm sufficient clearances and move-in space, and coordinate remaining available space for upcoming requirements.
- Periodically release MOR/SRX layouts for the Fab(s), distribute hard copies to relevant groups, and review with management as needed.
- Provide specialized layout plots, such as color-coded representations for tools during different phases or specific configurations for different departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in layout build and implementation in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Fab or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Experience with tools and equipment commonly used in the industry.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects.
