Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain thin film deposition equipment to ensure flawless production quality
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineering teams to successfully implement process improvements
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Education in an industry related associate degree; working towards a STEM related degree; equivalent military training and experience; equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) including night shift
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control methodologies
- Certification in equipment maintenance or relevant technical areas
