** Manassas, Virginia (Onsite)

* Employment Type:

** Contract* 5 to 10 years of experience in on-site construction trades (e.g., mechanical, electrical, general).
* 5+ years of on-site construction trade vendor management.
* 5+ years supporting Data Center projects.
* Knowledge of Data Center Electrical and Mechanical systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to understand building systems and construction drawings.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems.
* Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to identify project risks and propose effective mitigations.
* Ability to move and stand for up to 8 hours.
* 2+ years of experience leading retrofit projects in a data center environment.
* Undergraduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
* OSHA-30 Certification.
