Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE)
We're seeking Model Based Systems Engineers (MBSEs) to support the development of a next-generation sensor system for a U.S. Navy submarine platform. This is an opportunity to help define a new system from the ground up, developing system architecture, requirements, and specifications that will drive software, hardware, integration, and testing efforts.
What You'll Do- Develop and maintain MBSE artifacts using Cameo Systems Modeler and SysML
- Create and manage system and subsystem requirements, specifications, and traceability
- Build models that connect behavior, structure, interfaces, and requirements
- Develop Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Requirements Diagrams, BDDs, and IBDs
- Support the full Systems Engineering V-Model
- Collaborate with software, hardware, integration, and test teams
- Participate in design reviews including PDRs and CDRs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years developing system and subsystem requirements/specifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
- Strong SysML and MBSE experience
- Experience with requirements traceability and architecture development
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with defense, naval, submarine, sensor, or undersea systems
- Experience supporting Agile programs within a Systems Engineering V-Model environment
- Work on a brand-new submarine sensor platform
- Create requirements and architecture from scratch rather than supporting legacy systems
- Collaborate with a highly technical engineering team
- Influence the design of cutting-edge defense technology from the earliest phases

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
