At Legacy Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) firm, we are committed to putting client needs first and delivering exceptional, personalized financial guidance. We are seeking a motivated, licensed Legacy Advisor to join our growing team. This advisory role where you will conduct independent annual review meetings with existing clients, build lasting relationships, and contribute directly to client success and firm goals—all with strong support from our experienced Lead Advisor.

Lead client review meetings independently while growing under expert guidance. - Work in a collaborative, client‑centric RIA environment focused on fiduciary advice and long‑term relationships (no product sales pressure).

- Conduct review meetings of client accounts, discuss progress, and address needs.
- Maintain detailed, organized client files and handle daily client communications with excellence.
- Perform financial analyses, assist in developing personalized financial plans, and provide investment recommendations under Lead Advisor supervision.
- Deepen existing client relationships and support new clients transitioning to the firm.
- Conduct portfolio risk assessments and offer research‑based insights to enhance client portfolios.
- Implement service strategies to boost client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Lead Advisor to meet individual and team objectives.
- Active Series 66 or Series 65 license (no exceptions).
- Previous experience processing confidential, detailed paperwork (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and process‑driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with initiative and a client‑first orientation.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
- CFP® certification (qualifies for higher base salary).
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, client service, or advisory support (entry‑level considered with required licensing).
