You join our team Global Investment Specialist within the Ostrum Asset Management Development Department, which is looking for an Investment Specialist for a 1‑year apprenticeship starting from September 2026
.

The Global Investment Specialist is the specialist contact for products/management expertise, covering a few areas of expertise. Their mission is to provide technical support to sales representatives and to enable managers to devote themselves to management. It is a technical‑commercial function based on management.

A significant part of this position will be dedicated to the development of tools to facilitate business document updates and activity tracking. You will have the opportunity to work on all management expertise (Rates, Credit, Insurance) according to the needs of the team.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Conduct ad hoc studies between the alignment of management methods and marketing positioning of different strategies.
• Know the represented management expertise, the management processes, and the sources of performance.
• Develop and maintain, in association with marketing, the marketing materials (presentation of expertise, context and market views).
• Ensure competitive monitoring, particularly on product innovation and the performance of competitors, by using the Competitive Intelligence function.
• Develop activity monitoring documents.
• Propose measures to improve the function and practices.

• Student at the BAC+4/5 level preparing a degree with a specialization in Finance / Asset Management or in marketing and business development.
• A very good knowledge of financial markets and asset management.
• Strong technical expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, including mastery of VBA.
• Strong listening, analysis and synthesis skills, with a strong business sense and excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
• Fluent in English.
