Key Responsibilities
  • To manage day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization
  • To perform treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management
  • To complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
  • Verification of physical documents matching with the travel expense reports
  • Perform preparing the withholding certificate by manual in excel file and then send to customers for original certificate by post
  • Managing payments in an organized and timely manner
  • Perform scanning original tax invoice and send to SSC to transfer undue Input VAT to Input VAT
  • Ensure activities posted to both cash and clearing GL accounts are reviewed and reconciled in a timely manner
  • Ensure bank reconciliations - reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts
  • Continuing to improve the payment process
  • Monitoring and managing the organisation's bank relationships and liquidity management
  • Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments
  • Forecasting of medium and long‑term funding and hedging requirements
  • Daily cash management
  • Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
  • Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure accounting procedures performed by SSC team occurs accurately and within a timely manner
  • Handling month‑end closing processes related to Payments
  • Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Ensure that corporate governance issues are handled in accordance with local regulations and group requirements
  • Ensure that group reports are delivered on time
  • Ensure that the business of the company operates in accordance with the group's guidelines
  • Coordinate and provide all supporting document for requirement from internal and external auditors
  • Assist smoothly day-to-day operation of the Finance Department and support other assignments that management may request from time to time
  • Other as assigned
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance
  • Proven work experience as Accounting Manager or Treasury Manager
  • Experience managing a Treasury Function
  • Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments
  • Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Excellent MS‑Excel skills, ability to prepare and maintain complex models and work papers
  • Ability to multi‑task and to adapt to a fast‑paced environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple parties, seek reconciliation of conflicting interests to reach consensual decisions, and to be effective in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties
  • Critical thinker and problem‑solving skills
