YourKey Responsibilities Monthly Controlling & Reporting
- Perform financial Month-end Closing
- Prepare monthly Overhead, Production and Sales Reporting incl. Key Indicators.
- Prepare monthly Cost Deviation Analyses of Actual vs. Budget and target cost (for Material and Processing)
- Coordinate monthly preparation of the Total Year Production Outlook
- Prepare monthly Plant reporting package for the Region, Product Lines and HQ
- Ensure group reports are prepared within the stated deadlines
- Monitor key financial indicator and highlight major deviation to the management
- Support preparation of Budget and Forecasts for the Legal Entity (in areas of Production, Overhead and Investments)
- Provide scenario analysis to support management decision making process
- Prepare yearly Tariffs for Product Cost Calculations and internal Labour Hourly Rates
- Check master data & costing for and release new materials
- Analyse the different Schaeffler Cost Values of SMT products
- Support preparation of cost improvement suggestions for the internal Business Partners
- Handle the Project Controlling in SAP
- Maintain SMT Cost Center and Project Center structure to ensure compliance with Thai and Schaeffler reporting standards
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
- Investigating and analyzing the risks reported and creates a consolidated risk portfolio at LE leve that serves as a basis for discussion for the local managing directors
- Monitoring compliance with standards within the LE with a view to ensuring that a consistent RM system is in place
- Supports content, structure and method-related enhancement of the RM system
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or Engineering.
- Work experience in a multinational manufacturing company.
- Over 2 years work experience in Controlling or Financial Analysis.
- Knowledge in product costing (standard costing).
- Strong analytical skills and analytical interest, attention to details.
- Good command in English, able to communicate & coordinate with all management levels.
- Advanced Excel skills a must.
- Experience in SAP.
- Ability to learn fast, capable to work under pressure, proactive.
- Mature, with the will to improve things.
