Job Description- Lead global treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, cash forecasting, and funding strategies to support operational, capital, and strategic business requirements.
- Optimize the company’s banking structure, cash concentration, intercompany funding, and treasury infrastructure while managing relationships with banking partners and negotiating treasury services, fees, and financing arrangements.
- Oversee all debt and capital structure activities, including credit facilities, term loans, letters of credit, covenant compliance, lender reporting, and support of capital allocation and cost-of-capital initiatives.
- Develop and execute investment and risk management strategies, including management of excess liquidity, investment policy development, and mitigation of liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rate, and counter party risks.
- Establish and maintain strong treasury governance, internal controls, payment security, fraud prevention measures, and compliance with audit, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
- Lead treasury technology, banking platforms, and ERP integrations while driving automation, process improvement, and operational efficiencies across treasury functions.
- Build, develop, and manage a high-performing treasury team and scalable processes to support the company’s continued growth and evolving business needs.
- 10+ years of expertise in managing complex cash management structures, liquidity strategies, and multiple banking relationships within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of treasury and financial risk management, including liquidity, interest rate, foreign exchange, and counter party risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are preferred.
