• Oversee and mentor BCBAs and RBTs in implementing effective ABA therapy services.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide direct clinical services to clients.

• Offer valuable consultation and training to families, caregivers, and school staff on ABA principles and effective strategies.

• Work collaboratively with clinical teams to create and execute individualized treatment plans that meet client needs.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as adherence to Golden Hartz ABA's policies and procedures.

• Engage in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standard of care for our clients.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and must possess BCBA certification.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in ABA therapy services.

• Strong clinical skills, coupled with effective supervisory capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.

• Candidates must maintain certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $95 to $115
