Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. We partner with school districts across the country,providing school-based opportunities for RBTsin a variety of settings. • Provide 1:1 or small group behavior support to students under the supervision of a Board-Ccertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate and timely data on student behaviors and program implementation.
• Support students with communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and academic engagement.
• Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and caregivers to promote consistency and student success across environments.
• Assist with the development and generalization of positive behaviors in classroom, playground, and group settings.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training as required by the district or supervising BCBA.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA).
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students.

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working with children or students with autism and/or behavioral needs in school or therapeutic settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn data collection, ABA principles, and special education practices.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies
• Compassionate, patient, and flexible with a student-centered approach.
• Willingness to receive supervision and feedback to support professional growth.
