Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Communications or Speech-Language (required)
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • No SLPA licensure required for Virginia
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support licensed SLPs in providing speech and language therapy interventions
  • Work with students in small groups or individually to implement therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy activities
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with documentation as needed
