Job Overview

We are hiring In‑Home Caregivers possessing a CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate and a minimum of one year of homecare experience. Care will be provided across Northern Virginia in client homes, assisted living communities (e.g., Sunrise Senior Living), and independent living communities. The role includes personal care tasks and may involve caring for client pets.

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes or in assisted/independent living communities.
• Work flexible schedules, including part‑time, full‑time, live‑in, daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts.
• Perform personal care tasks and support activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and the care team to meet individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company policies.

• Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Minimum one year of homecare experience.
• Ability to work with clients who have pets (cats or dogs) or who smoke.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal care and dementia care (preferred).

• Base pay rate $22.50–$25.00 per hour, with additional pay increases for weekend shifts ($2–$5/h), couple care ($6/h), visit rate ($5/h), and personal care with pets or smokers ($2/h).
