Alliance ABA Therapy is the fastest growing ABA program in Northern Virginia. We are looking for a clinical professional to join our growing practice supporting children with autism in an in‑home setting. We offer a child‑centered culture, a supportive administration, and a strong clinical team.

The clinician will maintain a clinical caseload of 8‑13 clients, provide evidence‑based ABA services, and collaborate with families to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Monthly and Quarterly Performance Bonuses
• $80,000–90,000 Starting Salary

• Current BCBA or BCaBA certification, LCSW or LPC license
• Excellent time management and experience managing a caseload
• Experience working on special projects and strong teamwork skills
