Allied Care Solution Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Manassas, Virginia. Located in the vibrant community of Manassas, Virginia, our outpatient office offers a collaborative and supportive work setting. As a full-time team member, you will be expected to maintain a 40-hour workweek, with shifts running from Monday to Friday. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment and offers a wide range of specialized therapies, encouraging both staff and patients to thrive.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine, to promote optimal recovery.
• Deliver high-quality care and ensure patient satisfaction by demonstrating excellent customer service in every patient interaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes, utilizing shared insights and strategies.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care, both onsite and in-home, utilizing various techniques and modalities to achieve meaningful improvements in patients' conditions.
• Educate and empower patients and their families through consultations, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and involvement in their recovery process.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and actively contribute to the financial and operational success of the practice.

As a physical therapist at Allied Care Solution, you will interact with a diverse patient population including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, children with developmental needs, athletes with sports-related injuries, and patients coping with neurological impairments. Your approach will be holistic, as you engage with each patient to foster trust, encourage adherence to treatment plans, and motivate them to achieve their functional goals.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Must hold a valid State License in Physical Therapy and have Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to patients and collaborate with team members.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and patient management, as well as familiarity with electronic health records.
• A commitment to building strong relationships with patients, demonstrating empathy, and connecting on a personal level to foster rehabilitation.

• At least two (2) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, showcasing your expertise and ability to handle a variety of patient diagnoses.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic environment is highly advantageous.
• Having prior involvement with evidence-based practice initiatives will be beneficial in this role.
