Job Summary

This position performs a range of professional duties related to a specialized area of human resources management and providing exceptional support and customer service. The responsibilities include recruitment and selection of qualified applicants, advanced human resources software functions, testing and enhancement of appropriate human resources systems, assistance to administrators in interpreting laws, policies, and regulations related to human resources management, monitoring employee evaluation systems, proposing and revising policies and regulations, and employing human resources metrics.

The coordinator is also responsible for planning, organizing, and assisting with the development and maintenance of Human Resources programs for the School Division, including recruitment, staffing, pre‑employment background checks, classification, compensation, new employee onboarding, employee evaluation, staff training, professional development, and other assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select qualified applicants for vacancies.
  • Maintain advanced HR software functions and test system enhancements.
  • Assist administrators in interpreting laws, policies, and regulations related to HR.
  • Monitor employee evaluation systems and propose policy revisions.
  • Employ HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Plan, organize, and maintain HR programs: recruitment, staffing, background checks, classification, compensation, onboarding, evaluation, training, and development.
Requirements

The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Applications received after that date may be reviewed as they are received. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

Compensation and Benefits

Grade 13 Salary Range: $96,268 – $156,052 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
