Guidewire Policy Center Technical Lead (Cloud Certified)

Are you a certified Guidewire Policy Center expert with hands-on cloud experience? We’re seeking a Technical Lead to drive our Guidewire Policy Center initiatives, lead a dynamic team, and deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the implementation and support of Guidewire Policy Center on Cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Guidewire associates.
• Develop and configure integration features based on business requirements.
• Collaborate onsite/offshore to understand client needs, assess technical feasibility, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Dedicate 40–60% of your time to hands-on development for each release.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to resolve production incidents and review development work (PCF configuration, business rules, data models).
• Manage team status reporting and technical support for Guidewire Policy Center in production.
• Analyze and coordinate defect resolution with cross-functional teams and integration partners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Guidewire Policy Center Certification (Associate or ACE) required
• 5–8 years’ hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center modules
• Strong experience in Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration
• At least one full-cycle Guidewire Cloud implementation
• Proficiency in Guidewire Gosu, APIs, methods, rules, and processes
• Proven experience as a technical lead on Guidewire Policy Center projects

Nice to Have:

• Cloud Certified Guidewire Policy Center experience with state rollouts
• Expertise in configuring state-specific forms, rating rules, UW issues, PCF changes, and integrations
• Experience with Advanced Product Designer and Integration Gateway
• Familiarity with AWS Aurora, SQL Server, or Oracle databases
• Experience integrating with third-party platforms/applications
• Knowledge of application servers (Web Sphere, Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, J2EE containers)
