• Manage activities required to provide technical support to internal customers for desktop, laptop, and networked systems.
• Identify, prioritize, and confirm resolution of reported issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Coordinate, monitor, track, and resolve all phases of desktop support, including installations and upgrades.
• Execute information technology projects to ensure departmental objectives are met successfully.
• Perform training programs to educate users on basic computer use and specialized applications as needed.

• 2-3 years of related experience in desktop support or IT services.
• CompTIA A+ and Net+ Certifications, or an equivalent associate degree, or comparable experience.
• Strong computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
