As an Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician, you will work with minimal supervision to drive stability and sustainability of next‑generation networks and help develop innovative ways to automate and scale our network. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams of software, hardware, network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers. You’ll contribute to safety and security standards while delivering high capacity at low cost.

• Move and implement large enterprise equipment
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patch cabling between equipment
• Ensure proper safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities
• Safely use material handling tools and equipment

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
• Work in a 24/7 environment with primary responder rotation and after‑hours support as needed
• Work in cramped and/or elevated and/or noisy environments
• Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation

• Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds

• Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts
• Industry standard certifications (BICSI, CompTIA, CCENT, Network+)
