Responsibilities
- Prepare, plan, execute and be responsible for system integration, manual testing and installations of medium size/complexity/risk systems and/or projects.
- Develop a wide variety of automated test scenarios and integrate those in a continuous delivery workflow using technologies such as Python, Shell, and Linux.
- Use testing knowledge to influence better software design and promote good engineering practices such as testability, accessibility, scalability, and performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of the automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipeline.
- Contribute to the maintenance of testing infrastructure.
- Engage in product evolution covering software architecture, development, quality assurance, security, operations, and IT infrastructure aspects within an agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in software and systems integration or testing.
- Experience developing CI/CD, integration, or functional testing for highly scalable, resilient, and secure software.
Estimated salary range for this position in Virginia: $66,960.00 USD (minimum) – $ USD (maximum). Salary may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Compensation package includes a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity contingent on personal and company performance.
