The ERP Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing ERP systems, supporting continuous improvement by implementing new functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with other applications. This role involves debugging and enhancing systems, providing high-level support to various teams, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to drive strategic direction. The analyst will lead sessions to determine functional solutions for FIN/HR/Payroll requirements, gather feedback from relevant departments, and resolve functional issues.
Additionally, they will maintain product knowledge, serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders and the development team, and manage project metrics to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Grade 15 Salary Range: $106,965 - $173,391 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
