Connect with prospective clients to understand what matters most to them and how we can best support their goals.

Identify gaps in coverage and recommend sensible insurance solutions that provide genuine peace of mind.

Manage your own pipeline of leads by following up consistently and maintaining organized records.

Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to a supportive office culture.

Participate in local community outreach efforts to raise awareness of our services.

Prepare accurate quotes and assist clients through every step of the enrollment process.

Current Virginia Life and Health insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales.

Strong comfort level with utilizing digital CRM platforms for tracking progress.

Clear verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor over the phone.

Ability to commute daily to our Manassas office.

Previous experience working with diverse insurance carriers is highly desirable.
