Overview
Pay: $20 - $24 per hour
Schedule: 7am - 3:00pm
Full-time, year-round work

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with permitting and permit tracking, particularly in the HVAC or construction industries
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
What You Need:
- Permitting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus
