The Landscape Production Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day success of the Maintenance Division by creating and maintaining the production schedule to ensure efficient use of crews, time, and resources. This role is responsible for reviewing and verifying accurate labor hour entries in our Aspire Software and coordinating the procurement of materials needed for client projects. Acting as a key liaison between operations, crews, and vendors, the Production Coordinator helps keep projects on track while contributing to a smooth, professional, and positive client experience.
We offer an annual salary of $50,000 to $60,000

- Assisting in managing schedules to ensure jobs are running on time and on budget.
- Ensuring accuracy of job costing deliverables in Aspire Software.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication around scheduling changes and expectations.
- Updating schedules daily to reflect current job statuses.
- Coordinating with Account Managers to ensure follow up work is added to the schedule following site visits.
- Overseeing morning dispatch of crews and loading of materials.
- Performing end-of-day check-in with crews to ensure jobs are on schedule and running as estimated.
- Determining the right resources to be assigned for assignments needed for resolution on ad hoc client issues.
- Tracking invoices for materials and other job costing deliverables into Aspire.
- Maintaining the inventory system and suggesting improvements for tracking inventory.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
- 3+ years of landscape or construction project coordination or logistics experience.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Broad knowledge of landscape design and construction.
- Adaptable with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to delegate, direct, and oversee multiple projects and teams.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, spoken and written, internally and externally.
- Bilingual/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Microsoft office products knowledge.
This position requires the ability to work in a stationary position for several hours, more than 80% of the time. This position also requires the ability to move items up to 20lbs occasionally. The work environment is an air-conditioned, smoke-free, office environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position occasionally may require local, day travel and infrequent overnight travel.
