Rental Manager - Manassas Trench Safety

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Rental Manager - Trench Safety in Manassas, Virginia. The Rental Manager is responsible for managing and controlling the rental store/stores to ensure a safe, efficient and profitable operation to support the rental store/stores and corporate objectives by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate team members.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years’ management experience in a service related industry; minimum of two years' supervisory experience; experience in the Rental Equipment Industry preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Physical requirements must be met for the Rental Manager job, including regularly being required to sit, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
