We are seeking a Resident Services Manager for our Westgate Apartments and Townhomes property in Manassas, Virginia.

Summary / ObjectiveThe Resident Services Manager is responsible for handling all current resident processes or concerns, including all related administrative work involved in the coordination of Resident Services.
Essential Functions- Reviews delinquency accounts and facilitates the collection process, including the service of late, eviction, and small balance notices.
- Coordinate with the attorney’s office for filing all judgments, writs, and notices of satisfaction. Appear in court as a witness on the property's behalf as required.
- Maintain delinquency and bad debt tracking systems.
- Responsible for completing and monitoring all aspects of the property's Rent Relief program.
- Perform all tasks related to delinquency collection and required legal tasks.
- Assist the Property Manager in preparing reports about property performance, data summaries, and trends (weekly delinquency report, variance and quarterly reports).
- Perform routine inspections of the property. Monitor the community’s appearance and oversee resident violations, ensuring repairs are completed. Complete monthly inspection reports.
- Address all resident issues promptly and professionally. Investigate and resolve complaints, enforce community rules.
- Update and maintain inventory of all office and leasing forms, equipment, and supplies.
- Process security deposit returns.
- Oversee pest control (preventative and other scheduling and billing).
- Directly oversee the front desk position and their assigned daily tasks. Responsible for covering the position when needed. The reception area must always be professional, orderly, neat, clean, and inviting.
This is a full‑time position; typical work hours and days are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and some Saturdays.
Travel / DrivingOccasional need to utilize personal transportation to inspect apartment property and surrounding neighborhood, make trips to bank, and also visit corporate office.
RequiredEducation and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some marketing, sales, or customer service experience normally acquired through work experience.
