Role Overview
As a Cost Program Manager for the SPMO in F6, you will be responsible for setting the site cost budget, reporting variances, identifying cost‑savings IPP goals, managing a team that monitors materials forecasting and area cost management, and coordinating global program management rollouts. You will serve as the main contact between Facilities, ISM and Procurement Program Manager roles.

- Serve as the main contact between Facilities, ISM and Procurement Program Manager roles.
- Understand the business plan and define the program roadmap with sponsors based on it.
- Manage program metrics and goals to support the business plan.
- Drive program progress on schedule to achieve goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, elevating them to sponsors as appropriate.
- Utilize PDCA closed‑loop management reviews to continually improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Report program status, wins, issues, and actions to the program sponsor and broadcast updates to site leadership and stakeholders.
- Understand benchmarking landscapes within Micron and externally, identify opportunities, and drive improvements.
- Drive BKM sharing through network peers and PAC managers using globally aligned platforms.
- Implement global projects at the local site.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
- Proven track record of working cross‑functionally and across organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Management and translate ambiguity into action.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
- Strong teammate attitude.
- Experience in storage, memory, or tech‑related field with consumer products.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
