• Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of sales professionals to reach their full potential and exceed performance goals.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies that expand our reach and strengthen our reputation throughout Manassas.
• Oversee daily agency operations to ensure we provide consistent, top-tier service to every client who walks through our doors.
• Analyze sales metrics and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities for the district.
• Foster a positive, inclusive office culture where collaboration and individual growth are prioritized.
• Manage budgets, staffing needs, and resource allocation to maintain a healthy and efficient office environment.

• Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry with a track record of leadership.
• Deep understanding of the Manassas, Virginia market and regional business dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in agency management software and sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Established network of community or professional contacts in the Northern Virginia area.
