Job Title: Rental Manager
Starting Compensation Range: $84,000 - $109,000 per year
The Rental Manager is responsible for managing and controlling the rental store/stores to ensure a safe, efficient and profitable operation to support the rental store/stores and corporate objectives by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate Team Members.
Requirements for the Rental Manager position include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Must be able to function well in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- Must have an excellent driving record
- Must be able travel frequently – overnight and out of town
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Seeking Candidates with:
- Minimum three years’ management experience in a service related industry
- Minimum two years' supervisory experience;
- Experience in the Rental Equipment Industry, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Required to sit and talk or hear
- Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
