The Project Manager I directs and supervises the work efforts of their assigned staff. This position executes the technical direction provided by Management regarding scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget for the project. The Project Manager is responsible for nurturing a positive client interface providing all project details to the client on a timely manner. The primary difference between this level and the Project Manager is the magnitude and scope (including cost and complexity) of assigned staff and/or projects.

As well as the ability, through experience, to manage diverse and complex projects is a key factor.

• Experiencewithinthe Telecommunication/Wirelessindustrypreferred.
• Provenabilitytoanalyzefinancialreportsandbudgetstoplanthecourseoftheworkeffectively.
• Provenaptitudetodemonstrateknowledgeandexperienceinstrategicplanninganddevelopment.
• Provenexperienceleading,motivating,andcommunicatingconsistentlywithemployeesandclients.
• PMPorequivalentcertificationpreferred.

• Mustpossessatleast5-7yearsofexperienceinaprojectmanagementrole.
