Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

5+ years of progressive operational, administrative, or management experience preferred. VF&N is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of Operations to lead the operational side of the firm and help guide its continued growth at a pivotal moment for both the firm and the region. Partnering closely with the Firm President, Board of Directors, and firm leadership, this role is essential to ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, driving strategic organizational planning, strengthening internal systems, and ensuring that the firm’s people, technology, and infrastructure scale alongside its success.
