Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure and data center projects from pre-sales through equipment installation, startup, and commissioning. The role will manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, customer relationships, and overall project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects to meet scope, schedule, quality, safety, and financial targets
. - Coordinate with order management, manufacturing, logistics, contractors, field services, and warranty teams.
- Manage project resources and establish clear responsibilities across functional teams.
- Work closely with customers, contractors, and jobsite teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, margins, schedules, and overall financial performance.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and potential schedule or cost impacts.
- Conduct project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Support a strong safety culture throughout project execution.
- Use project management and reporting tools such as Oracle, Smartsheet, and Power BI
. - Travel to customer/job sites approximately 25–30%.
- 5+ years of project management experience
. - Experience with critical infrastructure, data centers, or large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical contracting/construction
. - Strong customer-facing, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and contractors
. - PMP certification preferred
. - Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, UPS, thermal, battery, or monitoring systems is a plus.
